September Currently-
I hate that I missed August...but "I" missed August! It blew right by me! I never got to do my classroom reveal, I have only posted one time since school started. I love my blog and I don't want to neglect it! So, I have set aside one weekend day to blog. Today is not it, its just Friday at school and I have a smidge of down time! So I get to post Farley's Currently!!!!! These are fun you should try it!
Here we go............................................
I am currentlyListening to our county 4-H agent explaining 4-H to these kids what the four h's mean and the colors. They ended with the 4-H pledge and it took me back to a much simpler time when I was a summer 4-H staffer and I lived there and worked with kids all summer
Loving Friday! Its my favorite day of the week, school week or summer week. All fun stuff happens any where on a weekend day and Friday is the start of the weekend!
Thanking about pizza. Since its Friday, I do not cook...Unless I have no money in the bank and then I cook :( But, tonight I am not cooking and I want a big ol'supreme pizza from Papa Johns!!!
Wanting to buy some new graphics since we are beginning the holiday season. I mean heck, walmart is already putting out Halloween and I have decided that Walmart decides the seasons of the year! I have so many projects to cutify for TPT and then I have my TN store that I need to work on!
Needs to spend some time with my hubs. He has a new detective assignment and he's not been home a lot. I do appreciate how much he works, but I do miss getting to spend time with him. I need some new clothes. I never buy clothes for myself and my stuff is beginning to look shabby. I need to start Christmas shopping now so that I don't end up like I do every year...a midnite hour shopper
Some love for me...I am going to get a mani-pedi next weekend to work my way into my favorite season...Autumn. I am going to up date my blog and then I want to put the feelers out there from some serious bloggers about what their blog is doing for them. I am not sure what direction I am going with this. I know some folks blog for a living, some for hobby, some for just fun. I don't know what my blog's purpose is yet, so I want to know what some of my favorite bloggers are getting from the time they invest in their blogs. I also want to have a girls weekend with my bestfriend. She is so golden and wonderful and we never get to spend QT together. But, she is the kind of Bestie that you can always pick up right where you left off with. We talk daily but there is nothing like uninterrupted time with your BFF!!

OK so its been a while...
I know, I have been out of the blog game for about a month now...but its not for naught! I have been crazy busy getting ready for school and now that its started, I am digging deep. I have decided that I am going to set aside one day a week to work on this blog and my store! I have to say that my classroom blog and my math blog are really taking off. If you want to see those, click on these links...

They aren't really growing in readership, just being used a whole lot by my students and parents which makes me mondo happilicious!!
The real reason for my post tonight though is I want to give a shout out to one of my favorite clip art girls...Laura Strickland at My Cute Graphics...She fully supports teachers and teacher made products out there. If you need cute graphics or backgrounds or even frames and labels, you have to check her out
http://www.mycutegraphics.com/

You can also purchase sets of her graphics from her at http://www.whimsyclips.com/ The prices are reasonable and she includes all the color and line art in her bundles!
I just love her stuff and I know you will too!!!

Everyday Counts Calendar
I want to use it with fidelity this year, but I'm not sure. Anyone out there use this and have success stories they want to share with me? I'm going to lie down and read some of this teachers guide right now. Really...I'm going to read this as my bedtime story, no playing. I know you think I'm kidding๐๐

Personalized dry erase boards
These were the easiest things...EVER!!
I had these little frames 8x10, and I was just going to make these up for my team. Then I got the idea to make them in our school colors for every classroom in my building. Then I got sad for those folks without classrooms, but are still teachers. Every adult at Shearer Elementary School is a teacher! So I made one for everyone! My wonderful principal agreed to purchase my supplies (very basic frames and dry erase markers) and print the inserts on our color copier. All I have to do is cut and insert. I'm super excited about these. I am going to promote my TPT store by sticking a label to the back of the frame. But hey, I did make 'em.
I really think ill put this in my store as a customizable but I don't know what to charge for it. I was thinking 1.25. I'm still a back seller!! Let me know what your thoughts are on this question and as usual , I appreciate your thoughts and direction as I grow in this blog eat blog cyber world. ๐

Another man trash is another teachers treasure!!!
Well, it's not another mans trash...it's my trash. I saw some things on Pinterest I wanted to recreate. So my box top container was born! Then I have always wanted to recycle my canned goods cans so got me some spray paint and made some label wraps on my laptop and VOILA!!! Upcycled recycling!!
I would start a business if I could stand to touch other people's trash! I might just put these in my TPT store if I get the notion...
